Foxtons - Balham High Road Over a period of 18 months, Virtus Contracts have completed a number of retail/office projects for Foxtons the estate agents and Property Managers. The projects were designed and built to an extremely high standard and specification. We employed fast track project management principles to ensure timely possessions by the Client. Rosguill have played a key role in ensuring the successful completion of each individual project by Virtus, having demonstrated a level of management expertise and ability to provide a skilled labour force to meet the high quality objectives set by the client. Having built up a very good business relationship with Rosguill, we hope to do many more projects in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them as a preferred specialist contractor in their field of work. |
